Ashlee Varner is a vocalist, pianist, arranger, and educator, who serves as professor of music at Berklee College of Music. She is featured on Kenneth Brown’s albums 2nd Chances and 3 Down, which appeared in JazzWeek’s Top 50 chart. Ashlee has dedicated her career to preparing students for careers in the music industry and authored the Berklee Online course Music Career Essentials for the Professional Singer. She holds degrees in Music Business and Music Education from Lee University, a master of music in Jazz Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has completed doctoral course work in Jazz Studies and Vocal Pedagogy from the University of Northern Colorado.
